A Safe Space for Your Growth.
In Person Therapy
If you’re considering in-person therapy, I want to make sure you know that this is a safe, supportive space where we can take the time to explore what you're going through. Grief and trauma are both incredibly complex and can impact each other in ways that make things feel even heavier. Trauma can make grief feel more intense, and grief can sometimes bring up old wounds from past trauma, creating a cycle that can feel hard to break. Being in-person allows us to work together more closely, where I can really be present with you, and you can feel heard and understood in real time.
We’ll start with an initial consultation where I’ll take time to get to know you and hear about what’s going on in your life. This is a chance for you to share what you're experiencing—whether that’s grief from a recent loss, long-term grief, or the trauma that has shaped your experience. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work. The goal here is to make sure we’re creating a space where you feel comfortable and ready to open up. The first few sessions will be about building trust and making sure you feel safe and supported, which is really important for the deeper work that comes later.
As we continue, we’ll start to unpack how grief and trauma are showing up for you. I know that grief doesn’t just go away, and trauma can stay with you in ways you may not even realize—whether that’s through physical symptoms, emotional numbness, or feeling like you’re stuck in patterns that keep you from moving forward. We’ll take our time to explore how these experiences are affecting you in the present and how they might be connected to past pain.
As we build on this understanding, we’ll shift toward finding practical ways to help you cope with the everyday challenges that come with grief and trauma. Healing is not about "getting over it," but about learning to live with it, and not letting it define you. Together, we’ll explore ways to carry the weight of your grief and trauma, while finding new ways to move forward and reconnect with yourself and others in a healthier, more balanced way.
Throughout this process, I’ll always be there to walk beside you. In-person therapy offers the chance for us to really connect, which can be so important when you’re dealing with difficult emotions. It’s about building a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and supported, and where we can work through things at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
You don’t have to go through this alone. I’m here to guide you through it, providing the space, support, and tools to help you move forward—when you’re ready.

Online Therapy
If you're considering online therapy, I want you to know that even though we’re not in the same room, I’m committed to creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore what you’re going through. Grief and trauma are complex, and sometimes they can feel even more overwhelming when you're dealing with them alone. The good news is, online therapy can still provide a space where we can connect deeply, even virtually.
We’ll start with an initial consultation, where I’ll learn more about you, your experiences, and what you’re hoping to work on. This is a chance for you to share what you’re feeling—whether it’s grief from a recent loss, unresolved trauma, or the emotional impact of past experiences. It’s also a chance for you to ask me questions and get a sense of how I work. I want you to feel comfortable and confident that this is a space where you can be open and authentic.
In online therapy, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, just like we would in-person. The difference is that we’ll be using technology to connect, but I’ll still be fully present and focused on you. We’ll explore how grief and trauma are showing up in your life, whether it's through your emotions, physical symptoms, or patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I’ll help you understand how these two things—grief and trauma—can interact and impact each other, and we’ll work together to find ways to address them.
What I love about online therapy is that it offers flexibility and it’s still as effective as in person sessions. You can join from the comfort of your own space, which can make it easier to open up. We’ll take the time you need to focus on the areas that matter most to you, and I’ll always be here to support you through it. The goal is not to "fix" you, but to help you process and heal in a way that fits your unique needs and pace.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Even though we’re connecting online, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering the support, tools, and understanding you need to move through grief and trauma.
Grief groups
Group offers a unique and enriching therapeutic experience that combines the power of community with the guidance of a skilled therapist. If this is something that you are interested in, engaging in these sessions allow others to find connection, support, and personal growth.
In groups, you'll have the opportunity to connect with others who may share similar experiences, challenges, or goals. This sense of community can be incredibly healing and empowering.
Group therapy allows you to benefit from shared support and insights. You'll have the chance to listen to others' perspectives, learn from their journeys, and offer your support in return. This collaborative approach often leads to fresh insights and a sense of belonging.
At this time I am not offering groups. Please check back or sign up to receive information for when these groups will be offered.

“Grief is not a disorder, a disease, or a sign of weakness. It is an emotional, spiritual and physical necessity, the price you pay for love. The only cure for grief is to grieve.” --- Earl Grollman
