Group | I am not currently taking any clients for group at this time. Please check the website for group availability in the future.

I do offer a few sliding fee spots. If needed, please inquire if any are available.

For clients with Oregon Health Plan: I currently accept clients with CareOregon. I am unable to accept cash pay from OHP members.

For clients with PacificSource: I currently accept clients with PacificSource Commerical.

For clients with Providence Health Plan: I currently accept clients with Providence Health Plan.

For clients with Aetna: I currently accept clients with Aetna.

I am not currently taking other commercial insurance at this time, but I can provide a super bill for services. Some insurance companies may reimburse you for a portion of our sessions. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm their policies.

For clients covered by Medicare: I am not currently in network with any Medicare plans. I am unable to accept cash pay from Medicare members.

I ask that you cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance.

Clients paying cash will be charged the full fee of the session.

Clients using OHP will not be charged for missed sessions.
